There are also two formulae for population growth in the colonies.
Population under 500,000:increase = z(3.5% - 4.5%)
Population over 500,000:
z(3.5% - 4.5%) minus (calculation below)
(Population of Colony) - 500,000)
1,000,000
The calculated rate will not sink under 1.0% to 2.5% for Europe and 1.5% and 2.5% for the colonies.
