5.2.2 Command Capability
Not all commanders are equal in their ability to lead troops into battle. The command capability shows how well a commander can lead. In mathematical battles it determines how many battalions they can personally command; when under the personal command of the commander the battalion's experience factor will be temporarily raised by one for the time of the battle only (see 7.1.7., p68).
In a simulated battle the command capability shows the size of the area of influence the commander has (see 7.2.10., p86).
